Fastel is used to treat seasonal allergic rhinitis, chronic skin allergies, and is used temporarily to treat the symptoms of respiratory allergies such as hay fever and other respiratory allergies. These symptoms often appear as a runny nose, sneezing, itchy nose or throat, and runny or itchy eyes.
Fastel is also sometimes used to treat the symptoms of a type of chronic urticaria of unknown cause.
